Although some of BiGDUG’s standard shelving units can have high weight capacities, our longspan shelving is better suited for heavy-duty industrial storage. It can accommodate larger and heavier items thanks to wider shelves and reinforced frames.

Longspan shelving can store a wide range of heavy or bulky items. It’s commonly used in warehouses, factories, and other industrial environments for large boxes, inventory stock, tools, building materials, automotive parts, equipment cases, and pallets. Their generous shelf widths and high load capacity, starting at 250kg UDL* per level, make them suitable for storing irregularly shaped or oversized items that wouldn't fit on standard shelving.
