WHAT CAN I USE CARDBOARD SHEETS FOR?
BiGDUG’s cardboard sheets are often used as layer pads to protect packages from damage when stacked on top of one another. Use them to separate parcels on pallets or provide additional cushioning, reducing the risk of damage or impairment. HOW BIG ARE BiGDUG’S LARGE CARDBOARD SHEETS?
Our large cardboard sheets come in a variety of sizes to suit all your packaging needs. Pre-cut sheets are supplied in widths of up to 1190mm for use with pallet distribution and other large-scale deliveries. We also stock continuous cardboard sheets that come folded in sizes of up to 366m – these can be easily cut to size whenever you need bespoke corrugated cardboard packaging for products of differing shapes and lengths.
HOW DO I CUT CORRUGATED CARDBOARD TO SIZE?
Cutting large cardboard sheets to size gives you a cost‑effective packaging solution that fits your items perfectly and keeps them secure with minimal void fill required. Simply mark up the required size with a pencil or marker, and then cut the cardboard with a utility knife or box cutter. Remember to use a metal ruler to keep your cut line straight, and a cutting mat to protect the surface below.
