The Battery Commander Pro Series safes are VDMA 24994:2024‑08 certified for Lithium battery storage and charging cabinet, independently approved by ECB.S. Engineered to protect both people and property, this unit provides advanced defence against the severe risks associated with Lithium‑Ion battery fire.
- VDMA 24994:2024‑08 Certified - Fully compliant with the latest industry standard for Lithium battery fire safety, ensuring maximum protection and peace of mind.
- Fitted with a high‑quality key lock and supplied with two keys to provide secure and controlled access.
- Fire‑tested and impact‑tested from a height of 9.1 metres to confirm its resistance to falling through burning floors during a building fire.
- Safe and compliant charging of Lithium batteries through the integrated 1 x 4‑gang PDU power distribution unit.
- Integrated air exhaust duct to support effective ventilation, with external ducting strongly recommended for maximum safety in the event of thermal runaway.
- Supplied with reinforced, insulated, height‑adjustable shelves that can each support up to 100 kg of Lithium‑Ion batteries.
- Features a robust plinth that enables easy movement and rapid removal from the building during a fire, and the plinth includes a front cover for a clean exterior finish.
