What does Chiropractor Approved and Endorsed mean?

This chair has been examined and tested by a UK registered Chiropractor with over 20 years of full time clinical experience - Robert Bateman BSc DC DCHA, GCC Registration No. 00412. Please find the report in downloads.

Every chair in the Chiropractor Endorsed range has been designed as a combination of engineering and manufacturing expertise and the natural human anatomy, biophysics and biomechanics.

Every feature is on the chair for a reason and has been developed to match the natural shape of the spine and pelvis as the chair has been built but with parameters to the features so that the chairs suit a wide range of users.

The Chiropractor has been involved in the designing phase and testing of the chairs, compiling reports on each chair to demonstrate their benefits as an Ergonomic office chair.

The criteria that makes an office chair ergonomic are nicely set out by the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS)

All of the chairs that bear the Chiropractor Endorsed seal go above and beyond the simple criteria outlined by the CCOHS.

How Does The Weight-Activated Lumbar Support Work?

The mesh backrest is fitted with a weight-activated lumbar pad that senses your posture and automatically adjusts to support your lower back. Combined with flexion technology, it distributes your weight evenly across the seat pad, easing pressure on your legs during extended periods of sitting and helping to reduce fatigue during demanding longer shifts.

Can The Chair Be Adjusted To Suit Different Users And Body Weights?

Yes. Weight tension control lets you fine-tune the recline resistance to match your body weight, while the seat slide adjusts depth to suit your frame. Height-adjustable, multi-directional arms with rotating pads add further personalisation, and the chair supports users up to 136kg (21.4 stone), making it suitable for a variety of users across busy workplaces.

Is The Parity Executive Chair Certified For 24-Hour Shift Use?

Yes. The chair conforms to BS EN 5459 for continuous contract use and features a TUV and BIFMA tested gas lift alongside a sturdy 5-star aluminium base with easy-glide castors. Built to perform in manned shift environments seven days a week, it's designed to remain supportive and stable even after 24 hours of continuous use, making it a dependable 24/7 office chair for shift-based teams.
