Mammoth Flexible Stillage Racking is a heavy-duty storage solution designed to provide a flexible and space-efficient way of storing palletised goods in demanding environments. Combining a robust galvanised steel construction with high load capacity and a range of configuration options, the system can be tailored to suit different pallet sizes, storage heights and operational requirements.

  • The system is manufactured from 12-gauge rectangular steel tubing to provide a strong and durable construction.
  • Each level can support loads of up to 1,500 kg UDL, making it suitable for heavy-duty pallet storage.
  • The galvanised finish provides excellent weather resistance and helps protect the structure from corrosion.
  • The system can accommodate Euro and GKN/CHEP/UK pallet sizes, with appropriate clearance between pallets.
  • Mesh decks are available to provide additional support where required.
  • Fork pockets provide positive fork guidance and help prevent lateral movement when units are being relocated.
  • Post heights of 1,200 mm, 1,500 mm, 1,800 mm and 2,200 mm are available to suit different storage requirements.
  • The system can be stacked up to 6.8 metres high, subject to the specified configuration and loading requirements.
