Shelf Trolley / Order Picker

paint finish peeling off in numerous places, due to poor handling / packaging methods

Assembly need tightening only 4 bolts - structurally reliable after assembly. We added to each corner of each shelf cable tied to give extra strength. We are aware not to place heavy item on the shelves. We bought 2 sets. The blue paint is scored in places on both of them. Two wheels are fixed and another pair can swivel for steering. The swivel wheels has braking wheel locks - directional stability.

Good trolly but flawed design for 2 reasons.

1. The shelves are not the right size. They have spaces cut into them to fit into the sidebars and they don't fit in both sides at the same time. Not a huge issue, but probably makes it less stable.

2. There are no cross supports, so each end is effectively standing straight up, unsupported. This means that the whole trolley is very unstable. When you push it, the firs thing that happens is that the sides flex. If you look at it side on, instead of being a rectangle with the ends straight up, they're always leaning to one side. Needs a cross brace to make it sturdy.

As mentioned, other than that, works OK, but could be better.
