An Eclipse Solid Galvanised Steel Shelving system is strong enough to hold up to 1000kg UDL* per static bay. Made from 1.2mm solid galvanised steel, this hard-wearing shelving unit is resistant to impacts, scratches, oil and grease as well as most acids and alkalis. The dished shelf design helps to contain spills and prevent products from rolling off, and each shelf has an individual load capacity of up to 300kg UDL*.
How Do I Clean These Galvanised Steel Shelves?
Eclipse galvanised steel shelves are easy to care for. Simply wipe clean with a dry cloth. If a damp cloth is required, ensure the area is dried well. Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaners. While stainless steel is preferred in food preparation areas, cold rooms or other sterile spaces requiring regular cleaning, solid galvanised steel offers a more cost-effective option for general storage use in workshops, warehouses, stockrooms or utility spaces.
