The Blickle Anti-Static Castors with Extrathane® Polyurethane Tread range is designed for demanding industrial environments where high load capacity, excellent wear resistance and reliable anti-static performance are essential. Available in 100mm, 125mm, 160mm and 200mm wheel diameters, these castors feature a durable pressed steel bracket with a corrosion-resistant zinc-plated finish, combined with a premium Blickle Extrathane® polyurethane tread and robust die-cast aluminium wheel centre. The non-marking, non-staining polyurethane tread provides very low rolling resistance, outstanding abrasion resistance and excellent cut and tear propagation resistance, making these castors ideal for material handling equipment, trolleys, carts and industrial machinery. With electrical conductivity of ≤10⁷ Ω, high resistance to many aggressive chemicals and an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C (up to +90°C for short periods), these castors are perfectly suited to ESD-sensitive, warehouse, logistics and manufacturing applications.
