The Autopa RetractaPost Retractable Bollards remain hidden below ground until it's time to restrict vehicle access, offering an unobtrusive yet highly effective solution for protecting driveways, forecourts and commercial entrances.

  • Available in 500mm above ground (760mm below ground) or 745mm above ground (1010mm below ground) heights
  • Retractable design lowers fully below ground and is concealed by an integral flush-fitting lid when not in use
  • Padlockable design secures the bollard in the raised position (padlock not included)
  • Manufactured from galvanised mild steel for long-lasting corrosion resistance
  • Ideal for protecting vehicle forecourts, commercial premises, car parks and domestic driveways
  • Recommended maximum spacing of 1200mm between bollards to help prevent vehicle access
  • Installation requires an excavated hole of approximately 900mm deep × 300mm diameter
  • Suitable drainage should be provided beneath the bollard, with the upper 300–400mm backfilled using concrete
  • The integral lid should sit no more than 10mm above the finished ground level once installed
