The Goods we ordered were of the highest standard and the customer service from BigDug was superb. We initially requested the incorrect colour for our Wheelie Bin by Mistake and once we realised, prompltly contacted BiGDUG to explain and requested the actual colour we really needed and without hesitation the order was corrected and we received the RED Bin desired in the 1st place. I have no negative comments, though I feel the delivery costs are excessive and a free delivery option would be nice with goods over a certain price.

We have not got wheelie bin recycling in our area (yet) But at least the new Puppy can no longer rip open the recycling sacks !!! (looks tidier too)
