My order was on time, good value and just as described. For the last couple of years we have been building/renovating so maybe not your usual customer. But Big Dug has really helped for those areas.

Good but a bit pricey

This is definitely a cut above the cheapest louvre panels. But the louvre panel was still bent on arrival (packaging unable to withstand being bounced around in the van, I think). Tubs are high quality, but don't come with little labels (if you're bothered about that).

Overall, great quality, but not sure it was worth the extra money over (say) Screwfix or Amazon (hard to say for sure, because I've only read reviews of their seemingly more flimsy products). Delivery cost with VAT was substantial with BigDug.

Great product although be aware of VAT and delivery

The product is great overall, I bought this package as it looked like good value. Double check whether a vertically oriented layout would work better for you (in my case it might have been a little better). My only issue was the list price was around £60 but after VAT and delivery was added on it came to more like £100. This is entirely my own lack of attention, but maybe a "trade/non trade" option on the website would help people to see a price that they are more likely to see at the end.
