Product is fine but, Straight from Manufacturer

Hard to give big dug a review on this one, as all they did was kept palming the responsibility off onto the manufacturer. I do not really understand this new business model. You either stock the items on your website or you don't. I would go straight to the company Big dug buy off. Same with Rapid Racking. They do not give you any information as they do not have any information. Might save money for Big Dug but this new business model offers such a poor customer experience, we have to pay up front only to be messed around with delivery dates as it is out of their hands even though we are buying from them.
