WHAT IS VERMICULITE AND WHY DO I NEED IT?

Vermiculite is a lightweight and highly absorbent mineral used to keep hazardous goods safe during transport. When paired with UN‑approved packaging, it cushions the contents while preventing movement inside the box and absorbing any leaks. It’s a popular alternative to void fill in export packaging and can absorb up to four times its weight in liquid. Vermiculite also offers excellent insulation and shock protection.
