Solid Top Rubber Interlocking Gym Flooring

Our solid top interlocking tiles provide a solid surface with superb impact protection from heavy free weights and also equipment such as squat racks and multi-functional equipment.

The flooring provides essential cushioning which is soft enough to perform floor exercises. The tiles are large which allows for covering a large area quicker than small tiles.

This flooring is also perfect for commercial and home gyms as well robust enough to withstand the impact of industrial environments.

Comfortable if a Little Tricky to Install
14 May 2020 |

Situation : Over underlay on chipboard floor.

Installation: Fairly straight forward but it can take a lot of patience (and sore thumbs) to get the connectors to engage.

Wastage: You cannot easily cut the mats and create a new joining edge so you can end up with a a lot of wastage. You can modify the mail connectors to connect to a mat cut along one of its internal seams. It's fiddly but saves money and waste.

Use: There is plenty of cushioning and sound deadening form these tiles. I haven't dislodged any joins yet but I'm slightly concerned that aerobic workouts might do so.

OK but not perfect!
02 Apr 2020 |

It proved more difficult to make the tiles fit together perfectly than I thought it would be.
Small imperfections in the floor surface may be a factor, but also, some of the tiles fitted together quickly & easily & some wouldn’t interlock at all....so I’ve got an OK surface but a few bumps & uneven bits.
