After all our hard work, BiGDUG is proud to announce that we have been awarded ISO 9001: 2015 QMS & 14001: 2015 EMS certification. These are globally recognised standards that ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our customers through an effective quality and environmental management system.
We have developed and implemented our quality and environmental management systems in order to improve the overall performance of our processes, maintain a high level of quality, and strong customer service, and provide a sound basis for sustainable development initiatives.
We have a dedicated Quality team with years of experience in ISO and audits. Our quality and environmental processes will be continually monitored and audited as part of our audit plan with actions taken to rectify any non-conformances and to improve our quality and environmental management systems.
To become ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified, we were audited rigorously in our processes that included quality and environmental management system development, management systems documentation reviews, audits, and assessments which were very successful with no non-conformances identified.
