I've been buying Big Dug shelving for over 12 years and am disappointed with my latest purchases. Whilst I understand issues with supply lines, the actual shelving material supplied this time around let you down considerably; the fit is far from the best, and I have instances of the shelves curling at the ends - This is a new and unwelcome feature that I have never experienced before.

It may be a good idea to offer a discounted shelf replacement service when your supply chain is back to normal, as I fear that the product supplied is not as robust as its predecessors.
