Chipboard Picking Levels:

• Improve picking operations with use of the lower shelves
• Picking levels are strictly for manual loading & hand-picking only and must not be loaded using a forktruck
• Load capacity: hold up to 550kg per level UDL* (2700mm wide bays)
• Supplied with either 2x or 3x 18mm thick, P2 Chipboard shelves
• High-visibility orange steel beams
• Beams securely lock into place with safety clips
• Shelf levels adjust in height every 50mm to fit the items you're storing
• Steel deck supports enhance the resilience of the shelves, preventing local distortion

Stated beam level and bay weight capacities are dependent upon the exact layout and configuration and this product must never be used in a single bay nor single beam configuration. What Size Are the Pallet Racking Kit​s?

The BiGDUG Pallet Racking Kit offers flexibility with its choice of heights (3M, 3.5M, and 4.5M) and depths (900mm and 1100mm). Each kit includes two or three 18mm P2 chipboard levels, allowing you to configure the setup to suit your specific storage needs. The hand-picking levels are ideal for organising frequently accessed stock, whilst the upper levels are perfect for palletised goods. Additional  racking accessories like timber decks, wire mesh decks, and racking protectors (available separately) make it easy to adapt the system as your business grows.
