3 Part Industrial Multi-Purpose Ladders

I can only use a ladder at the front and back of the house; I am unable to prop the ladder up against the house on the sides due to the close proximity of out-buildings and a fence. Therefore I need a set of step ladders that will reach up to 5.8m in order to paint the eaves and clear the gutters. This ladder fits the bill. In step ladder mode the stabiliser bar and locking bar keep the ladder rock steady. It is also light enough to carry around with all 3 sections in place. However, the top section can be removed very easily to lighten the load or be used on its own. It is expensive - but what price do you put on your safety?
