Improve the safe storage and accessibility of heavy hardware and material, including steel, pipes, plastic, and timber lengths, with BiGDUG’s Heavy-Duty Double-Sided Cantilever Racking System. Our cantilever warehouse racks stand 5m in height and have a load capacity of up to 1000kg UDL* per arm, providing the perfect storage solution for long or bulky materials. This double-sided format maximises storage density while ensuring easy, unobstructed access to materials from both sides. The height-adjustable arms can be repositioned every 150mm and are fixed securely with high-tensile bolts for safety and flexibility.

Please note: Load capacities given are per arm and should not be exceeded. Additional arms may be added, providing the total bay capacity of 8 tonnes is not exceeded for each starter bay, and 4 tonnes per each extension bay.

What Is Cantilever Racking?

Cantilever racking is a heavy-duty storage system that holds long, awkward, or bulky items such as piping, steel bars, sheet materials, and timber. Unlike traditional racking, cantilever racks do not have vertical uprights on the front edge, allowing full access along the entire shelf length. This makes it easier to load and unload items with forklifts or manually, particularly in warehouses where efficiency and safe access are critical.
