The Challenge
Yours Clothing approached BiGDUG with the project of fitting out their new distribution centre in order to maximise available space and provide separate storage areas for returns and single pick items, with areas dedicated to administration and packing, guaranteeing a safe place for staff to carry out their work.
The Solution
The BiGDUG solution was to specify 1200mm long span to replace Yours Clothing original specification for 600mm Long span industrial racking shelves. This would enable Yours Clothing to optimise their facility to its absolute fullest potential and make the most of the available storage space, resulting in an overall project cost saving. BiGDUG also installed perimeter warehouse shelving for single pick and return items as well as the supply of desks and packing benches ensuring a durable, safe and well-engineered installation.
