The tiles are made from 11mm-thick EVA foam that is water-resistant to reduce the risk of mould buildup and are easy to clean. The foam tiles offer an impact-resistant surface which protects your subfloor as well as helps to reduce joint fatigue caused by working out on hard flooring.

They are not constructed to withstand the continuous, heavy-duty impact and high foot traffic typical of commercial gyms, where thicker, higher-density rubber matting is usually required.
