How Customisable Is This Fully Welded Workbench?

Our BiGDUG Fully Welded Workbench is highly customisable, allowing you to tailor it to your space and needs. Choose from various dimensions (width and depth); frame colours from a standard range or request a specific RAL number match for branding or for enhanced safety; and integrate additional accessories such as  workshop cabinets for extra storage and  anti-fatigue mats, or  seating for added comfort.

Which Worktop Material Should I Choose?

Choosing the best worktop material depends entirely on the specific demands of your working environment and application. Galvanised steel is ideal for impact, oil, and heat resistance in engineering settings, while compact laminate offers superior chemical resistance in laboratories. For general-purpose, dry environments, MDF or laminate offer durable, cost-effective options, and rubber over steel is the best choice when a quiet, non-slip, and protective surface is needed for precision or electronics work.

Where Can This 500kg Capacity Workbench Be Used?

This workbench is suitable for a wide range of demanding environments, including professional workshops, industrial manufacturing facilities, engineering departments, large garages, and assembly lines. Its customisable nature, allowing for specific worktop material choices, also makes it highly adaptable for specialised settings such as laboratories or precision electronics areas.
