Meet your heavy-duty storage needs with the BiG800 Grey 2440mm High Racking. Our industrial racking range provides an impeccable solution for demanding commercial environments where safety is paramount. Manufactured from industrial-grade steel, it can safely hold up to 700kg UDL* per shelf, allowing a total load of up to 2800kg UDL* per bay. It is available in various heights, widths, and depths, with a choice of chipboard, melamine, or steel shelf panels.

Additional shelves are available and fully compatible with the existing framework. Shelves can be adjusted in height every 38mm, allowing for customised storage layouts, whether you're storing bulky machinery, stacked stock, or boxed inventory. Be sure not to exceed the maximum total bay capacity of 2800kg UDL*. If you’re unsure about the load capacity with additional levels, please contact us for guidance. Upgrade with tie plates, wall brackets, and other accessories to enhance safety and stability.
Can I Customise These Commercial Racks?
BiGDUG’s BiG800 Racking is a modular, flexible industrial storage solution. Choose your preferred shelving material: chipboard, designed for dry goods and general-purpose storage; melamine, suitable for high-volume, dust-free storage areas and for storing products that require regular wipe-down cleaning; or steel, for storing larger quantities of oil-based products and containers of liqiuids, appropriate for use in Chill rooms and Cold Storage Units. Available in multiple heights, depths, and widths, this racking system can be tailored to fit specific warehouse layouts and workflow requirements.
