What Type Of Panel Workstation Configuration Should I Choose?

The BiG400 Combination Panel Workstations come in several configurations to suit different under-bench storage and legroom needs. The full-depth option provides maximum storage with one or two full-depth shelves. The half-depth option offers a balance, including one full and one or two half-depth shelves for easy access and comfortable legroom. The T-Bar base option maximises open space beneath the worktop, using bracing instead of shelves, making it the most suitable choice for users who will be seated for extended periods.

What’s The Difference Between Chipboard And Melamine?

Chipboard and melamine are both excellent options for sturdy worktops, though they offer different benefits. Chipboard is a cost-effective, standard workbench material made from compressed wood chips and suitable for general use. Melamine, however, provides a more durable, wipe-clean surface made of a hard-wearing resin coating, making it ideal for environments where spills, dirt, or frequent cleaning are likely.

Is This Warehouse Workstation Suitable For Heavy-Duty Use?

Yes, our warehouse workstation is designed for heavy-duty use. It features a robust, powder-coated, premium-grade steel frame and boasts an impressive worktop load capacity of up to 400kg UDL*, ensuring it can withstand the daily demands of a busy workshop or warehouse environment. You can optimise the use of this panel workstation with additional accessories such as plastic parts bins for storing small tools and equipment, the Bott Perfo Hook Kit for enhanced tool organisation, and anti-fatigue mats or workshop seating to reduce strain.
