This commercial steel racking system is perfect for intensive use and bulky loads, thanks to its premium European steel frame and shelf load capacity of 330kg UDL*. With a simple boltless design, it is easy to assemble and adjust, allowing you to optimise your storage space effortlessly. Highly recommended for many applications, including but not limited to, bulk storage, regular picking, large volume archive and document storage. With additional accessories available, our BiG400 racking range is a versatile and adaptable system.

Commercial Steel Racking

- Simple boltless stud-and-keyhole design - just tap together with a rubber assembly mallet

- Requires no cross bracing so suitable for double-sided access

Our BiG400 Racking system is completely modular and allows you to add extra shelf levels whenever needed. Choose from chipboard, ideal for general-purpose storage; melamine, which is easy to wipe clean; or steel, suitable for moisture-resistant storage in hygienic environments. Each shelf can be adjusted in height every 38mm, so you can reconfigure the setup to suit different-sized items. What Safety Features Does This Racking Have?

It doesn’t require cross bracing, allowing full access from both sides while maintaining excellent stability. The racking is also FEM-certified and comes with protective plastic feet to help protect floors and support the overall structure.
