Mecalux Heavy-Duty Longspan Shelving With Correx Euro Stacking Pick Bins

Perfect for storing, organising and picking lightweight items such as clothing and accessories.

600mm deep bays have one wall of bins for single sided picking access.

900mm deep bays have two walls of bins for double sided pick access.

Mecalux Heavy-Duty Longspan Shelving Unit

  • Load capacity per level: up to 710kg UDL*
  • Comprises of a starter and extension bay build system
  • 2x 22mm P2 chipboard shelves per bay
  • Pre-assembled steel end frames with galvanised cross-bracing
  • Stamped-steel, single-piece support beams
  • Powder-coated blue end frames and high-visibility orange steel beams
  • Beams simply lock into place with safety clips
  • Each level can be adjusted in height every 50mm
  • Suitable for floor-level pallet storage if lower level is raised
  • 2000mm tall
  • 600 or 900mm deep bays
  • Add-on bay system allows you to continually and cost-effectively join bays in a run
  • Starter Bay includes: 2x end frames with bracing, 4x support beams, 2x chipboard shelves, 4x levelling plates, floor fixings and Correx® Pick Bins
  • Extension Bay includes: 1x end frame with bracing, 4x support beams, 4x chipboard shelves, 2x levelling plates, floor fixings and Correx® Pick Bins

Correx® Euro Stacking Pick Bins

  • Manufactured from corrugated, twin fluted polypropelene
  • Blue
  • Bins supplied in multiple packs of 10
  • Stackable, freestanding design
  • Wide front opening to maximise picking access
  • Wipe-clean, moisture resistant surface
  • Self-locking tabs
  • Recommended to only stack up to 5 bins in height
  • Integrated holes allow bins to be cable tied together for extra stability
  • Each pick bin carries up to 15kg UDL*
  • Correx® Pick Bins are manufactured from multi-use, recyclable polypropylene-based plastic sheet
