Total disaster!

It was delivered to the wrong house. Delivery driver then collected it and delivered it to me 2 days later. The box had been opened and resealed with TNT official tape. When I unpacked it, a chair arm was missing! Totally useless. Had to be collected and I got a refund. BigDug staff were really helpful. Not their fault. Delivery company (TNT) were disgraceful.
