This was a great product to purchase and with the deal of the day offer, at a fantastic price for our Not for Profit Community group. Unfortunately by the time I had passed the link around our committee for approval I had just missed the deal. I of course asked for the deal price, but never received a reply. God loves a trier!
The tracking service with ukmail seemed a great idea, and the order was received on the Wednesday and would be processed on the Friday for an expected Monday delivery.
Monday came and went with no message of delivery.
Tuesday arrived and I received a message from ukmail confirming my package would arrive between 4:36pm and 5:36pm. This timeslot also came and went and at 6pm, after following the package online, I issued a request to get a text from ukmail when my delivery was the next one on the drivers route.
Hours later, the tracking indicated that there had been a failure to deliver at 4:36pm!
IF the driver had even attempted to avoid my clear line of sight of the road, driveway and garden path and avoided my ever vigilant dog, why did he not leave the package at the designated safe place as requested and IF he was here, why did he not leave a card for me to rearrange delivery.
Wednesday started with a new message from ukmail indicting a delivery time of between 4:02pm and 5:02pm. True to form ukmail ignored the tracking technology and appeared 2 hours early.
Luckily enough there was someone here to receive the package.
Shambolic delivery service, a company that has the technology in place to do it right but constantly mucks it up. This pathetic delivery service is seriously making me look at other suppliers.
