· Despite no assembly instructions being included, I found the shelving construction straightforward and easy to erect with every element present and correct

Used Big Dug before to kit out the shelving in our packing unit so when we needed to fit out a 1000 sq ft warehouse we tried big dug straight away. Used the free online planner to determine exactly what was required and to make sure it would fit, contacted big dug with our shopping list to make sure we got the best combination of deals available, was given a fantastic price & service. Ordered and delivered without effort. New warehouse designed, ordered, delivered & built within a week - at a fraction of the cost.

101% delighted

I am very discerning (hard to please!) but I must say that I give BiGDUG top scores on their products and customer service! I am 101% delighted with the 4 sets of racking I ordered last month - strong product, easy to assemble, easy to make fit in most areas and I have no fear that the shelves (levels) will warp as they are so well supported. The ordering and customer service was also first-class: pleasant, extremely quick delivery and with one small issue replaced and received the next day, I don't think you could ask for more! I will definitely be buying more as it's made me realise I can also organise my loft quite effectively using the same type of racking. Knowing BiGDUG has turned a nightmare of a chore (clearing my house and loft) into something I am actually quite enjoying now as their products are making this so much more manageable!

Bought shelving unit and 15 storage boxes. Very pleased with delivery and goods. Shelves were a bit of a tight fit and had to be bent to get them into their grooves, but other than that I am extremely happy with my purchase.
