101% delighted

I am very discerning (hard to please!) but I must say that I give BiGDUG top scores on their products and customer service! I am 101% delighted with the 4 sets of racking I ordered last month - strong product, easy to assemble, easy to make fit in most areas and I have no fear that the shelves (levels) will warp as they are so well supported. The ordering and customer service was also first-class: pleasant, extremely quick delivery and with one small issue replaced and received the next day, I don't think you could ask for more! I will definitely be buying more as it's made me realise I can also organise my loft quite effectively using the same type of racking. Knowing BiGDUG has turned a nightmare of a chore (clearing my house and loft) into something I am actually quite enjoying now as their products are making this so much more manageable!

Very pleased with delivery and goods.

Bought shelving unit and 15 storage boxes. Very pleased with delivery and goods. Shelves were a bit of a tight fit and had to be bent to get them into their grooves, but other than that I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Easy to fit together

Dear Sir,

I ordered goods on Monday morning, received an e-mail on Tuesday saying delivery would be on Wednesday and the goods arrived at 12.00noon!

It took about 45 minutes to 'build' the first unit and less for the next two! It is just what I wanted for garage storage.

All very easy to fit together so full marks to the design, manufacturing and packing teams from a satisfied customer.

Excellent Experience

I have recently bought 3 x Max 2 Shelves from you. It was an excellent experience. Your Customer Services girl is friendly, helpful and very efficient. The products were delivered on time - there was a slight hitch as the lorry would have been too big for our drive but the Delivery company spotted this from the Post Code and arranged to drop it off at a local place who then brought it on to us. The Shelves were easy to put up and everything fitted perfectly. Great product and great service. I hope you are very successful.
