I bought 3x racking, custom and wheel arch tool shelving. I feel these gave me the max flexibility options to accommodate various height tool boxes (L-boxx) and plastic boxes as opposed to fixed shelves. It is very quick to put together however I would put a couple of low shelves in to set out in van first. Once assembled it is difficult to adjust shelves, you have to part dismantle top to move a lower shelf ( again best work bottom to top). The brackets are very solid and was able to angle the whole shelf into the van sides at the base to gain a little more floor space. The whole thing is solid. I have yet to use the shelf stops for tool cases as i am still moving the odd tool about. I may try a thin rubber lining or lino on the shelf as the odd case has scratched some paint off but thats to be expected. The end panels are solid but narrow depth compared to other known makes and the advantage is more space and not much void lost at the back. My L-boxxes stick out but stay firm and depending on your van wall shape rest on the ply lining. Again not an issue , if I had deeper shelves they would be heavier and use more room. I had to angle grind a couple of end panels to fit my transporter but its brilliant. The only gripe I lost a weekend planned to fit this racking as most of the blue shelving was damaged on delivery ( this was not the carrier but bad packaging ) my local scrap collectors gained as Bigdug did not want them returned. The replacements were packaged well. The 3x shelves weighed 78Kg....I did ask before buying as we need to know how it affects payload...please publish this for future sales...it helps the customer.
I have not noticed any real rattling with shelves filled (one has a parts bin shelf). I would have given 5stars except for the original damage goods which cost me time, however, impressively pleased indeed.
