BiGDUG's most heavy duty shelving system. Super strong and easy to assemble means a winning combination. Proving to be very popular among those with large warehouses or those needing storage for heavy bulky items. All units are sold as frames and levels so please select carefully what you need.

  • Sold in frames and beams to suit your configuration needs
  • Frames are available in 3 heights - 1800mm, 2400mm & 3000mm
  • Three lengths of beam to choose from - 1800mm, 2400mm & 2700mm
  • Simply choose the number of frames (if you are having two bays side by side then you will only need 3 frames and so on..) and shelf levels required (minimum of 2 levels per bay recommended)
  • Sturdy orange Z beam profile with up to 800kgs UDL* capacity per level
  • Maximum bay loading = 4000kgs (irrespective of no. of shelves)
  • Fully welded, powder coated blue frames for maximum strength and rapid assembly
  • Easy self-assembly, beams simply lock into frames
  • Industrial grade 18mm thick chipboard decks, perfect for everyday warehouse storage
  • 2400mm & 2700mm wide levels supplied with galvanised steel, shelf supports
  • One advantage to this super strong racking is it does not require a bottom level - allowing palletised storage at ground level only
  • Optional floor fixing bolts recommended for larger installations
  • Shelf labels available with self adhesive or magnetic backs - see below
