What are the payment options available?
There are many ways to pay for your shelving. We accept all major credit and debit cards both online and also through our sales line. You can also pay via cheque, BACS, CHAPS or Paypal.
Do I get a VAT invoice with my shelving order?
Yes all orders come with a full VAT invoice. If your order comes without one please contact us and we will resend one via email or fax.
Can I open an account with BiGDUG?
This is not a facility we offer as all orders are taken on a pre-payment basis only. This rule applies for everyone regardless of order size or continued business.
Can I have a proforma invoice?
Yes if you let us know what you want to order from our shelving range either via email, telephone or fax listing also your address, email or fax number then we can send on a proforma with our payment options included.
Can I have a quote for the shelving I want?
All our shelving prices are clearly listed, however if you are short of time please visit our quick quote section and we will both quote a price and send a proforma invoice.
Can I have a site visit from one of your representatives?
All our shelving is straightforward and clearly labelled in terms of dimensions and weight loadings. We therefore do not offer this facility but we are available via email and on the phone if you need assurances on quantities, dimensions or shelving choices suitable for the requirement. Alternatively you can try our design tool which helps you plan and work with the space you have.
