Do you have a catalogue?

Yes. Our website lists all of our full range of products but we can also offer a catalogue containing our most popular products. Either click on the ‘Brochure Request’ button or telephone 0345 966 6000 to order your copy.

How do you manage to keep your prices so low?

At BiGDUG we buy all of our products in bulk so that we can pass on the savings direct to our customers. This means that we can offer competitively-priced products without compromising on quality.

 

Why hasn’t my delivery arrived?

The majority of our products are delivered using external couriers who we monitor regularly to ensure that we are using the best companies to carry your order. Whilst we demand that all of our carriers uphold our delivery promises, we cannot always guarantee that they will deliver on the date we have given. On average, more than 95% of our deliveries arrive on the given date. Less than 5% of our deliveries, however, are susceptible to conditions outside of our control. But, on the few occasions that this may happen, it is more than likely that your order will arrive the following day. We nevertheless suggest that if your delivery has not arrived on the given date, you contact Customer Services on 0345 966 6000 (or e-mail sales@bigdug.co.uk) to notify us. We will then do our best to rearrange a delivery date convenient to you.

Are your delivery costs expensive?

Most of our products are both bulky and heavy to transport and therefore incur a higher delivery charge. However, we constantly check our delivery rates to make sure that our charges are kept as low as possible and monitor our carriers to ensure that we are using the best companies to deliver your goods.

 

 

Can I collect my order

We do not offer a collection service at the current time. However, all of our stock products are eligible for our Next Day delivery service (if ordered before 4pm). For all other products an estimated delivery time is included in the product description. Actual delivery times will be confirmed at time of order. Please refer to our Delivery Policy or contact our Customer Service Team on 0345 966 6000 (sales@bigdug.co.uk) for further information.

 

Do I have to pay by credit/debit card

No, we can accept payment by BACS, CHAPS or Paypal. We can also accept a cheque but need 7 working days for it to clear before we can despatch your order. Please telephone our Sales Team on 0345 966 6000 if you have any queries regarding payment.

 

Can I have a proforma invoice

Yes, please e-mail the details of your order to sales@bigdug.co.uk and we will e-mail, post or fax it back to you.

Will I receive a VAT invoice

A VAT invoice is included with all orders. If you require another copy please telephone our Customer Service Team on 0345 966 6000 (or e-mail sales@bigdug.co.uk)

Can I open a credit account?

We offer credit accounts to businesses and public sector bodies who either have a long-standing trading history with us or who intend to trade with us on a regular, high-value basis.*

*BiGDUG credit accounts are offered on a discretionary basis, are subject to terms and conditions, trading status and credit control checks and only currently available to customers who spend at least £10k per annum with BiGDUG. Please see our ‘Terms and Conditions’ for further details.

Can you quote me a price before I order

Yes, please speak to a member of our sales team on 0345 966 6000 (or via e-mail on sales@bigdug.co.uk) who can offer expert, informed advice and an individually-tailored quotation. And remember, the larger the order, the larger the discount.

Who can I speak with if I have a query?

This free-of-charge service includes a site survey, the production of computer-generated plans and a competitively-priced quotation. If required, we can also arrange an installation service.
