Delivery Costs

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Next Day Carriage * is available in UK Mainland for all orders placed before 12:00 noon. Orders placed after 12:00 will be dispatched the following working day on a next day service. For Next Day Delivery, please use the drop down menu under Shipping Options and select Next Day. For next day delivery in all other zones including Europe, please call 0845 966 6000 for prices and availability.* For all in-stock products.

Standard carriage please allow 5 working days from clearance of payment for delivery. Typically this is much quicker and 98% of orders are delivered within 24 - 48 hours after despatch from warehouse.

Delivery Times - Deliveries are made Monday to Friday typically 3-5 working days for in-stock items, from order or cleared funds, although it can be quicker than this. An email will be sent to inform you of despatch of goods and due delivery date. An A.M. or Next Day delivery may be selected at checkout for an additional cost.

Minimum Carriage Charges - Some of our products are subject to a minimum carriage charge, this is usually due to large products having to be sent on large pallets, however where minimum carriage charges apply more goods can be added to the order without carriage charges increasing until your order value puts you into the next carriage rate.

Returns If you find that the items you have ordered are unsuitable for your needs then you may return them. Please contact Customer Services on 0845 966 6000 with details of why the product is unsuitable and we will arrange for one of our couriers to collect the goods from you. Please note that carriage charges are non-refundable.

Collections - To collect your order from the BiGDUG Warehouse, please call 0845 966 6000 or email sales@bigdug.co.uk with details of when you wish to pick up. Please give 24 hours notice.
